Help! how to reset perks???

I've been playing this game with a mod that modifies perks, but then I decided I didn't want the mod anymore and decided to disable it and now I have no perks even though I'm level 7. How do I reobtain them?

you cant, you have to start a new game, thats what happens if you dont know how mods work.
youi cannot always play on with the same save after you removed the mod....

Theres no console command to do it?

you can use the addperk command to get the perks you lost

To reset perks:
Esc>Quit>Main Menu
Start > New Game > Y
