Freeze after wispmother kill

Hello,after i kill a wispmother on my way to them elderly dragon born yoda's up high mountainside the wispmother does an aoe spell around me which i can only get a glimpse off for 1 second before : 1) my screen goes black
2)i can still see my ui in the black screen and music goes on but game is frozen,

this only happened to me here on this particular mob and only after it dies and makes an ability or something cant really tell cause after a couple of secs i freeze,anyone encountered anything like this or has any advice id be much obliged!

if you use mods check if its any mods you use
ps get loot and sort the load order sicne the game loadorderr system is very bad at placeing mods in right order. same with esm
try to reupdate your save number so its 001-max 200 anyhigher save number can cause lags due to bad save managment.
to reset save number load last save file delete all save create new save file while still in that gameplay!
some quest related enemies can cause lag or ctd, if you kill them without its quest! if this bug happen increase your papyrus cache since its caused by to small cache what makes this bug to happen.
to fix the bug:
add at bottom of SkyrimPrefs.ini

bPerforceEnabled = 0
iMinMemoryPageSize = 128
iMaxMemoryPageSize = 3096

Hey guys,yes after my ocd reaching lvl 100 with 2 subclass kinda of search effort,i managed to isolate the issue and although i havent played since much i recall and am 100% sure it was a combat alteration mod,i had 2 of em and i didnt read the notice on the nexus page about it not working anymore,i dont remember which one it is but u can just switch it off since u can only have 1 max 2 anyways and work from there.
I hope this helps u cause i had to find out the long and hard way
