Skyrim Special Edition add-ons and dlc

Want to ask if skyrim SE comes with the 3 dlc(hearthfire, dragonborn and dawnguard) included or do I have to download that separately? There's the 3 names of the dlc n display under the add-on menu in skyrim se but I havent got any relevant missions of the same till now although i have enough xp. Tried pasting the dlc files from skyrim legendary edition to skyrim SE but it still doesn't work. If anybody has any suggestion or solution for it please leave a comment, thank you.

I just moved the Dawnguard.esm file out of the game folder for the time being, so I don't have to worry about that annoyance.

I'd rather we could just choose from the "add-ons" menu which content to load, since it bothers listing it there anyway.

That's strage, I had to copy the dlc files from the original game to SE and then it worked

If you're not using a mod manager already, you're doing it wrong.
