No caps when typing in name?

I can't put caps into my character's name even when I have capslock on, why is this and is it possible to put in caps?
Looking into my skills to level up and seeing the name not capitalized will trigger me to no end and I want to get into it as fast as possible, please help.

I have worked with people who, when they type in their password, uses capslock instead of shift. It's strange but i guess they are used to it.
