Report a translation problem
- Saves (Folder)
- Skyrim.ini
- SkyrimPrefs.ini
So to resolve the issue, instead of launching the game through SkyrimSELauncher.exe start the game with SkyrimSE.exe , doing this would create the above mentioned files at the respective path.
Then you can continue the same with SkyrimSELauncher.exe
If you have 2 drive it his important to do it in my documents (maybe you changed it to your second drive with a little technique) but yeah you create Skyrim.ini and launch SkyrimSELauncher and BAM it works
if you are using windows one drive, that moves the ini files into the one drive folders. the game does NOT read One Drive folders.
You just bumped an old tread that is from 2016.. Will most likely get locked now.
You have to launch the game through the launcher. Not the skyrimse(dot)exe
Won't get locked if it genuine question for today issue
