Crashes after clicking "play" on launcher. [solved]
I press play on the launcher and it says running in the app. It does not appear. I got it to come up the first time but never again. I am using Windows 10.

what GPU do you have?
Go to properties, Browse local files and go to data then find the mods you downloaded and delete them, don't touch anything else if its not a mod. Should work after that.

Its it trying to run the game with the intel integrated graphics?

http://help.bethesda.net/app/answers/detail/a_id/31674/kw/Changing%20intel%20integrated%20graphics%20to%20Nvidia

The above link refers to fixing Fallout 4 but works the same for the special editon of skyrim.

I went to my mod folder and tried to do that but they are all .manifest I'm scared to delete them as they might be useful.
Update: I deleted them and it still doesnt work
