Half black screen bug

so upon starting the game the bethesda logo apears and everything is fine but when the start menu appeares its on the wrong side of the screen(left) and the other half is just black. i tried many settings but nothing seams to work. when i press new game in the windowed mode with borders the game starts and the black side of the screen becomes see through and box shaped which stays in one position when i move. ig this black box is still visible and i can only see my ig menus in this area. i really dont know what else to do.

I am having the same problem. did you ever figure out how to fix it?

That can happen when the game is set to a resolution above your monitor's native resolution. That's the only way I've encountered it.

It also may be because of Intel Integrated graphics.

Im have a gtx 1070 and I constantly run into this issue. I quicksave and load to temporarily fix it. I am running the game at my monitors native resolution.
