even the original game which is much less demanding only got in the 50s on all low at just 1280x720.

i can play high with 30 fps :)
Now before anyone asks, yes the GPU is defaulted to and discoverable by the original Skyrim launcher.
Any other tips, or solutions to this? Bethesda support have given me the same solutions which I have mentioned above, even after I said twice, that I have completed all those steps before even reaching out to them.

So what, just adjust your settings manually. You don't need to worry about that at all.
It doesn't even show a resolution in the launcher, as far as graphical settings nothing changes mate.
