too dark: the gane's brightness slider does little
I am sure this will be fixed but dark things are too pitch black dark. I tried both windows full screen and normal full screen and the brightness slider in the game does very little. My display is fine with virtually any game so not the display. Oh well.

I believe many people experience this. Some of characters are too dark for example while in a carriage at the beginning of the game I couldn´t almost see thiefs face. It is game´s fault i believe :squirtmeh:

Only do this if you're NOT using ENB. Works with Reshade however: Open the console and type "THDR" without quotations, then hit enter. This will vastly brighten and display proper saturation levels, maybe gain a few fps...who can say unless you try it?

Just open nvidia control panel and turn up your gamma a little. The default is 1.00, I use 1.03 so start from there and increase it if necessary but only by small amounts.

I know this is an old thread but i want anyone who comes here to see this.

If you find that the game is too dark then just open the console and type in "SG 1.5" without quotations.

This is the "set gamma" command where 1.0 = normal and 1.5 = brighter.

Just wrestled with google for a good half hour before i came across it 😄

Is there a conflict between this and ENB?
