Problems with fullscreen/resolution
I went to play this game the minute it got done downloading. I loaded the game, but it was not in fullscreen mode. Then, I quit and opened up the options from the initial menu. What happened was, I couldn't find ANY option to make it fullscreen. No matter what settings I chose, it would never enter fullscreen.
Then, I loaded up the options one last time. I tried to play the game and my Skyrim window was tiny. I tried loading it up without windowed mode, but nothing seemed to work.
Is there a way to get it into fullscreen mode again? I saw some videos on how to fix this in the ORIGINAL Skyrim, but I'm not sure if they work. Any help on fixing this problem would be absolutely amazing. Thanks.

I can confirm that Fullscreen doesn't work. These needs to be fixed.

Try going into the Skyrim game folder and clicking SkyrimSELauncher.exe. It detects your graphics and fixed the full screen issue for me
Oh, finally got the game to work in fullscreen. I just tried "reset" in the launcher's options and it seemed to all work out.

I'm having a simmilar issue. It seems the launcher is confusing my two monitors and assigning them the opposite resolutions.

Playing Full here, in the ini set:

bBorderless=0
bFull Screen=1

Save, don't go into options in launcher.

UPDATE: i got it to work and fully optimised too. it seems that this issue is mostly for users of Nvidia or people who use larger moinitors. if you are using Nvida then load up Nvidia experience and optimise your game from there, it messes with the steam ressolution a bit but fixes everything else. hope this helps

Dude, I know exactly what you're talking about, I play on a huge ass screen. NVR had this problem with Old Skyrim, but I had to play around with screen display settings Idk how many times, and after a while I realized as I was going back in forth between screen resolutions and game settings. But I noticed that the resolutions in game setting would change, so I picked which one I could to best match the setting of my screen. Just keep playing with your settings, observe your settings via launcher, and hopefully, with a bit of luck, you'll whined up where I am. A partially full screen, (I've lost I think 4, 6" of total screen use from the sides but atlas, I don't have to see that annoying toolbar at the bottom anymore.)
