Can't change resolution

I can't change resolution in this game , I doesn't have any trouble with the original skyrim... Any tips???

Try;

Go into C:\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition

Open Skyrimprefs.ini

Under Display, Change these to these values,

bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

(Alter iSizeH and iSize W to native resolution)

Mine is actually set to 1080p already, but it just won't give me any options in the menu beyond 1366x768...

WOW it is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken. It's set to a widescreen resolution but squeezed horizontally to some 4:3 size... what the actual ♥♥♥♥. xD

my menu was bugged, had to ignore it completely and set resolutions in the ini file...

Okay "fixed" it, I just need to tweak the .ini and jump into the game without touching the graphics adjustment menu. I have succesfuly made it to the main menu without any major malfunctions now.

Finally. Been waiting 8 years for a fix. Been refreshing this thread every day for the last 8 years hoping someone would have an answer.
