This was also an issue in the old Skyrim, that still haven't been fixed.
Go into the SkyrimPref.ini file, found in: My Computer/Documents/My Games/Skyrim Special Edition/SkyrimPref.ini
What I changed was the following under [Main]
bGamepadEnable=0 (From 1 to 0)
What I changed was the following under [Controls]
fGamepadHeadingSensitivity=0.0001 (From 0.1000 to 0.0001)
bGamePadRumble=0 (From 1 to 0)
So far it has lowered the Input lag from about 0.5sec to 0.1sec... It's less annoying, but it's still noticable. Hope we will see a fix for it this time around.
Thank god this was free.
