So yes, you will see the same bugs that exist in the current version of the 32bit client. All Beth did was update the graphics, update the CK, ad an online modding component for the console users, and recompile the game for 64 bit (no small feat).
That mod(s) above, by the way, isn't available yet for the SE. But it will be soon.
