Need help with Flower Girls

All the flower girls in my game are missing faces. They have teeth and hair floating in a black void and I can't figure out why the texture maps don't render. Everything else works except for my Riften thane quests. Probably because I use a skyrim mod for free and furnished homes. I started doing that because I couldn't get any player homes in the major holds. Everything was originally working until I updated my mods. Then the issue appeared. I clean everything and use LOOT so aside from a few warnings about missing header data nothing seems wrong. Vortex doesn't seem to work as well as mod organizer. I stopped using MO when I switched to Vortex and now I have over 125 mods so it's gotten very difficult to figure stuff out. Vortex seems kinds hit and miss for me.

Vortex is just fine for that amount, I use that many mods and am just fine.
Your textures are broken somehow, someone else probably knows why.

I'm currently trying to update SE to version 1.5.16. After I update and clean my skyrim game files I'll recheck.

How have you not updated?
Most mods require that nowadays.

Vortex doesn't do updates to Skyrim SE. So until I had a problem, I never came here to discover an update even existed. Anyway I did it.

It has to do with how updates are managed . I had to run a STEAM verify to do the update and then run the game from the launcher to update the registry so Vortex would recognize the new files. SKSE doesn't update the registry. Then I cleaned my UPDATE and DLC mods. Now I have to do some play through to see if its fixed. My old save games won't show the update. It was easy to miss this. This is the first game update since it was originally launched way back.

The only thing that typically changes in Skyrim SE are the mods.
