Just for fun: what are your most annoying NPCs in this game?

Top 1 ever for me, all games that I played included: Cicero.
I can't stand his voice, behaviour and dialogs and kill him as soon as I can in all my reruns.

The kids in Whiterun, especially the girls with their endlessly repeated dialog lines like Dagny in Dragonsreach: "Absurd that you can't get good sweet rolls in this skeeverhole of a city." and mainly Braith: "What're you lookin' at? I'm not afraid of you, ya know. Even if you are my elder."
Braith is always running in the main street: to avoid hearing her and slap her in the face, I usually keep my distance from her as soon as she appears lol
No way I'll adopt any of these spoiled childs!

Sigurd, the assistant in Belethor's General Goods store in Whiterun too, always on the same street than Braith, and who repeats so endlessly "I work for Belethor, at the general goods store." that you want to slap him too just to make him shut up :)

Step 3) Disgorge all of it from your inventory

It is a great subject you bring up. A chance to vent about the annoying characters we encounter. There may be a mod to get into a fist fight with them to settle our differences.

I would punch j'zargo in the mug. He's driven to be important and powerful. His magical ability is substandard and as a student he isn't even aware of being inept.

Onmund is sort of a racist nord at the college. I'm still going on a quest for him this weekend with Brelyna. It would really cross his wires if I could get Brelyna to present his family's precious amulet to him, lol.

I would say Maven Black-Briar in no small part due to her (barring mod use)permanent essential flag.
At least Mercer Frey can be killed and Soul Trapped near the end of the Thieves Guild quest line.

I didn't deal much with Onmund yet, so many side quests!

Yes, for Serana what annoys me most is that you have to keep her as a companion almost through all Dawnguard quests without the possibility to get rid of her.
For me she is not that annoying, more the fact that you cannot choose your own companion during these quests..

Maven of course yes but she makes me laugh.
And Mercer Frey too but he is a nice challenge later on in the Thieves questline to get rid of him.

By the way I discovered another nasty NPC, Taari in Solitude, running the "Radiant Raiment" shop, stopping you on the streets by saying arrogantly that your attire is crap.
But since she gives you big money to advertise her shop to wear nice clothes, I pardon her, lol

Hermeas mora, i dislike him personally and his slow and condescending voice irritates me. I liked his quests though.

How exactly is Onmund racist exactly? Is this the result of some translation error? I've read that other characters have had personalities switched and had their style and tone of speech altered when translated and localized from the original English so maybe that is the issue here?

Hi. It's a modded English version of Skyrim. Exactly, exactly - doesn't matter, I'm the hero! The mods and version are not translated that I know of.
Are you chasing translation errors or something?

The one that gets me is when I go to rescue the Sybil for the Temple of Dibella. The kid keeps shouting "aaaah! Dead body!" No kidding, I had to go thru a couple dozen Forsworn to rescue you, so shut yer yap.

Hi. It's a modded English version of Skyrim. Exactly, exactly - doesn't matter, I'm the hero! The mods and version are not translated that I know of.
Are you chasing translation errors or something?

Just consider translation deviation to be a curiosity which I am drawn to, a matter of fascination at witnessing the complete transformation of a character to appeal to a new market while possibly losing what made them so appealing to begin with. See what happened with The Simpsons on Arabic language channels and on Japanese television or nearly anything translated for American audiences by 4-Kids Entertainment for an example of that going very wrong.
A recent oddity can be found in Cyberpunk 2077 which is most certainly a feature rather than a bug is polite, soft spoken female V in the Japanese language version of the game, something which is a massive change from the edge lady characterization found in the English language version which is in keeping with the American table top RPG which CP2077 is based upon.
I just would like see more reactions to any changed characters and dialogue, be they positive or negative.

1. Delphine.
She is the stupidest character in the entire game.
Her logic is unlogical, to say the least.

Plus, Paarthurnax is awesome.
Nobody makes me kill my boi Paarthurnax without getting decapitated and resurrected again only to be decapitated for the second time.

2. Cicero.
And least his voice acting is pretty great, as annoying as it was.
I like the theories about him being the Adoring Fan from Oblivion though.
