Say you have three mods A, B and C. And make the rules.
Load A before B.
Load B before C.
Load C before A.
As you can see, these rules don't make sense - can't be achieved. You have done precisely this.
Solutions:
1 ) You can identify what A, B and C are and fix the rules directly so you have something like.
Load A before B.
Load B before C.
Load A before C.
This is made a little difficult by some bad UI design in vortex, as you can't filter rules by mod name. Still, this is probably quickest if you can spot the problem on inspection.
2 ) Uninstall (not disable) the mods in your error message, possibly stopping when the cycle message goes away. Now reinstall these mods taking extra care when assigning rules after a conflict. Take it slow.
It's perfectly fine to ask it here, people here know how to fix it.
Aside from what ayrtep said, if you don't want to uninstall/reinstall the mods the simple solution is to click the "Manage Rules" button on the top menu in the Mods window.
This will bring up the list of mods and the ones with the conflict will be on top. You can just adjust that so that the order is correct and you don't run into a circular order.
