This.
nearly every scripted activity is a quest internally. Its possible that a previous execution of a script didnt complete properly. YOu can only have 1 instance of a quest active at one time.
This can be fixed by opening the console . type help playersleepquest to get the quest id. It should be 000fc1a2(but if yours is different use yours.)
then type stopquest 000fc1a2(press enter)
then type resetquest 000fc1a2(press enter)
Using the console in this case is of no use at all, as the quest has only one stage (0 = startup stage) and the quest will automatically be stopped once the player wakes up, and starts when the player goes to sleep. BTW, the quest ID will always be 000FC1A2 as the quest is part of Skyrim.esm which always has load order number 00. Also, the console command resetquest uses the EditorID (PlayerSleepQuest) and not the FormID.
And why does everyone always assume I'm a guy?
Neutral username,
Private profile,
Balance of probabilities.
It's the internet. Gender neutral. If the price for that is everyone addressing you as a guy then I'm happy to pay that price. I also don't mind being called dude or mate :D
You both have a point. And gender neutral is a good thing imho
I believe you're right, but I forget what it's called.

"If you have adopted a child and you sleep in the same house as your child, you will receive the Mother's Love or Father's Love bonus, which makes healing spells and potions more effective."
