Stop Time Mods

Hey everyone, so i have a few stop time mods, but the one only slows time but you also affects you and the other is a shout but stops time but makes you very slow. There was a lil gem called Time Shift which had the ability to stop time without affecting you, you still move and can aim like normal.does anyone know of an mod that allows something similar? The one mod i have, Glamoril, the stop time just vastly slows everyone down, you less but still slower especially when aiming or moving your view horizontal but you can't use destruction magic really, does Anyone know of an mod similar to the Time Shift ability? just train your kungfoo skills untill you get a stand that can do it you might also have to be a vampire. TES had an unarmed stat so start leveling that if you can you've already achieved time control because it was cut from skyrim

No, Stands are ... well I'm not quite sure what they are but they aren't trainable from what I've seen in the anime.

yeah i have za warudo but my biggest gripe is i can't use flame spells as i'm an pure mage,So i usually have to resort to an sword or something, the mod is quite useful for the one mod i have that has dremora patrols
