No. MO2 has some LOOT-related features built into it, but the standalone version of LOOT (which stands for Load Order Optimization Tool) is a more informative tool. If you use MO2 you will need to use the usual procedures to run LOOT as an executable through MO2.
MO2 is a terrific tool that I use myself, but can be a bit difficult to understand when just starting out.
This youtuber is famous for the quality of his instructions and would be an excellent place to learn how to use your tools.

I also like this guide: It includes written and video explanations of how to use all the tools with MO2 and is not overly long or complex. While it is not currently supported, it is still perfectly relevant to what you are doing right now.

should i load noble before flora?
noble before landscapes ?
majestic mountains before landscapes?
the loot is not showing all my mods
For informational purposes, you should understand that LOOT only shows mods that contain an .esp , .esm, or .esl file. Some of your mods are meshes/textures-only and won't show in LOOT. The fact that they don't show doesn't mean there is a problem.
