This mod cannot be installed since it depends on files that aren't present

I've recently decided to play Skyrim SE as every couple months I get this urge. If there is one thing I hate about the game it's the beginning sequence. I don't like the idea of being a chosen one etc. so when a mod Alternate Start - Live Another Life came out is when I really started enjoying the game. Well today I decided to launch it once more and unfortunately I couldn't enable the mod and instead gave me a notification that appears in the title of this discussion. Does anyone know how to find out which files are missing or how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance

SE doesn't have a Steam Workshop, are you perhaps referring to Beth's in-game system or trying to use oldrim's workshop?

You need a mod manager, like Vortex. Don't try installing manually. That will lead to disaster, unless you have a ton of experience doing it for a long time. Steam workshop doesn't exist. Download mods through Nexus with Vortex.

If it is the Nexus it lists the requirements and if the text in blue it's a direct link to the required mod
