Lore friendly mods and Bethesdas mods

Anyone here knows if Bethesda has made any mod for this game? Or Bethesda's employee? If so which one is it?

Also can someone give me some good lore friendly mods?

Yes, Nexus mods is the way the vast majority of us go.

Vlad's guide has a very sound modlist. Also, answering the other part of your question Bethesda does not offer much in the way of company-generated downloads. There are, say, 70-100 paid downloads offered through the "Creation Club" tab in your main game screen.

Note: Steam and Bethesda periodically have communications meltdowns regarding Creation Club credits and today is one of those days. If you want to buy credits I would wait a week or so to give them time to sort it out.

There have been modders that have created mods for bethesda but I don't think bethesda creates their own mods

Back in Oldrim there was one of the Beth workers that did create one mod, but due to his lack of time he could not get it working properly, after that the mod was more or less futher developed by others to one that works.
It was one of the Horse carriage mods, dont remember the name now
