how to work high king of skyrim mod

ok so im new to using mods for skyrim for some reason i cant figure out how to use the mods i downloaded from nexus to work with my game so then i downloaded mods from steam you know the starting screen where you start a new game so i downloaded the high king of skyrim mod and i was wondering how do i become high king and also what mods to use with it and its order?

Anything downloaded from the Steam Workshop Will Not work with this version of the game. They are for the old 32bit version.
Any mods for this version from Nexus needs to come from Special Edition Nexus.[www.nexusmods.com]

i havent downloaded from steam workshop i mean when you start the the game theres mods load new game and continue but if thats what you meant then thankyou

no i cant figure out how to work nexus like im said im new to mods yes im using this mod and i first did manual download then vortex now mod manager download sry if im waisting you time

yeah whenever i push open on the files it opens then closes this always happens but thanks for all the help all i wanted to do feed nazem to shadowmere as high king

You need a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to manage your mods. I also recommend installing SKSE64 so you can launch the game easier without using steam.

is there anyway to bring nazeem back using consle commands cause a few days ago i had to assassinate aniroth and nazeem may have been a casualty but i didnt mean to kill him so is there a way to bring him back to torture him for the rest of his misrable life

Unfotunatly the mod is gone. It wasn't converted and I couldn't find it again
