And removing the mod mid playthrew is a good way to break it. I would say you have got a mod confict, what did you find in LOOT.
Easy to upload screenshots here.
Is your issue the same as you have on your screens you have uploaded?
If so you have what is called Potato head. That should be fixed in SE version
How have you installed your mods? What tool?

You can also edit the records in sseedit yourself. Load it up, then rightlick in the left pane and select apply filter for conflicts. Check out what the color coding means (red, orange, green, white). Navigate to the affected nps and have a look in the right pane. There it will start from left (first entry of record) to right (last mod to edit the record). If you have read the above article you should get an idea about how to move forward.
The seams between body and hands are caused by different body mods not playing nice togehter or one body not being completely installed. The hands look like they are from vanilla, while the body is from RS. My guess is the RS children hand mash isn't installed correctly or gets overwritten again. Could be that fixing the face bug by correctly ordering your mods will also address this.
This is a rather good step-by-step video of how to identify mod conflicts
