Riekling followers spawning randomly
So I finished the thirsk mead hall quest in Solstheim, siding with the Rieklings for a change. After that, it happend a few times that a trio of them would randomly spawn during fights in the island, they even had the "follow me, tribe-kin" dialogue when talked to. A bit later, while clearing a cave in Skyrim, boom there they were again. They just follow me around for a bit and fight hostiles when they appear.

I assume this is a bug, so anyone ever had that happening and know a fix? It's kind of annoying, since I have a few followers already and it gets a little too crowded with three more little guys appearing out of nowhere.

Could be, but the only follower related mod I use is AFT, and I never had that kind of issue with any other followers.

It is a mod issue. Prob one that changes Solstheim in some manner.

I see, I don't have any mods that changes Solstheim directly, but I do have environment and lighting mods, so I'll do some troubleshooting on that. Thanks guys.

I was just about to mention that this happened even with basic Skyrim with the Dragon Born expansion on Xbox 360. Providing that link is even better.

This is not a bug. It's an intended part of gameplay. You helped them, and now they will help you.

No way lmao I automatically assumed it was a bug, because you know it's Skyrim, but this time is actually a feature! It's kind of confusing sometimes though, especially when I'm clearing out other riekling caves. Anyway, thanks for the answers guys.
