Does my game not include Hag's End, or something?
I read that the Shout to stop time is located at Hag's End. I found a map online that shows where Hag's End is. When I go to this area, north of Bruca's Leap Readout and east of Deepwood Redout, it is nowhere to be found. In fact, the compass on the screen doesn't even show that there is a place of interest in that general area.

Here is the map I am using: https://srmap.uesp.net/?centeron=Hag%27s+End

It is absolutely not there. Is this map wrong? It has to be.

it's on the far side of Deepwood
Hag's End is found within the Deepwood Vale outdoor area. It is only accessible via Deepwood Redoubt and can only be left that same way.

Deepwood is next door to Volskygge, far West of Solitude, near an Orc Stronghold.

If you do the Clavicus Vile quest (dog outside Falkreath), you are led to Rimerock Burrow, which is down the road from Volskygge (where the Whirlwind Sprint Shout can be found - bring a horse and skip the dungeon as it's on top of the ruin).

Go through Deepwood and Hag's End is the external ruin, which is only accessible through Deepwood.

You dont need a horse to climb the hill.
