Mods: The Men of Winter and SOS
So, awhile back, I was having compatibility issues with these two mods, and that's a pity as I really liked having both of these mods. Is there a patch somewhere for these mods, or is there a better mod to use that is compatible TMOW and can be used in place of SOS? I ask because I have FG and AA and would like to have something that gives male characters... *Ahem*... parts.

it the MoW that is the problem. I don't think it is compatible with SoS. You could try Tempered Skin, it has SoS versions for lite and full

Hmmm, just checked MoW and it's actually an NPC overhaul. I thought it was only a body skin. You may try Tempered loading it after MoW and see if it bugs out.
Modding is just as much about experimenting as it is making the game look better.
I use Tempered, SoS, FG & AA but not MoW so I don't know how it would work.

I use Tempered Skin Light version (loading it first) and Men of Winter. There should be no problems when using those two. In fact, the Men of Winter only effects the included NPCs, and should have no conflicts with anything else as the NPCs are completely standalone - provided it is loaded after any mod which may touch upon those included NPCs.

Men of Winter replaces meshes\actors\character\body\malebody_0.nif and meshes\actors\character\body\malebody_1.nif

those meshes do not have the required attachment points needed for SOS, you could try to use the SOS ones but you may end up with unsightly seems

Alright man, I'll check out tempered. Is the other version compatible too? (Also, your username and profile pic look familiar.)

The light version,it will not work with the full Tempered Skin SOS version

As tulle said, the light version - it is what I use and no issues whatsoever.

Alright, well, I decided to hold off on men of winter and just downloaded the full version, but deleted MOW, at least for the time being.
