Mockery "bugs" in Skyrim. How to get not spoiled game?

Be careful. When installing the game, the Visual C ++ 2015 program is installed on the computer. This is a mechanism that launches all hidden "bugs", which make players fall into rabies and smash their computers.
I tested the game.
When the package Visual C++ 2015 is installed, my passage of the game was spoiled several times. Video quality was "soapy" and braked. The mouse was like a sleepy. Quests contained "errors" that their passage completely crumbled. The game could "fly out" (fatal error - just a sudden stopping game, with access to your desktop).
I analyzed this problem. I see a simple explanation.
The game itself cannot contain malicious mockery "bugs". So, you must seek somewhere else.
And then I understood what it was. This is an extraneous program that was installed with the game.
Also, together with Skyrim, for some reason, a shop of free additions to this game, Steam Workshop is installed.
As a result, I deleted Visual C ++ and Steam Workshop.
Now i have well known errors in the game, but these are understandable problems that have long been known, and they can be solved.
For example, dragons constantly attack your horse, killing it. What naturally leads you to rabies. To this not happened, immediately at the beginning of the game, you should enter the code: "horse immortality".
In addition, the dragons kill the population of cities. You have to resurrect with the cheat codes a blacksmith-merchants, and other quest characters. This is an idiocy, which was in the game initially, and there is now.
But I will not establish any "magic" addons that correct this (anonymous mysterious creators claim it).
Because if you believe them, then the walking rotten corpses with the female body and the male bearded head will rush on you in the dungeons.
And the guards in the cities passing by you will constantly utter offensive comments.
Etc.
Outcome.
There are no free good programs. Exceptions are single. Have you bought a curve game from the publisher Bethesda? Be ready to explore the whole list of cheat codes to solve problems within this game.
The need to have 2 pages of cheat codes nearby is an inevitable evil that awaits you after purchasing this game.
Like MMO TESO, this game is just a walk through the graveyard, strewn with the bones of developers who hated this game already in the process of its creation.

Visual C++ is a compiling program developed by Microsoft. It does not launch bugs.

Your 'passage of the game was spoiled'. What exactly does this mean? The game froze up? The game crashed to desktop? Please try to rephrase this so it is understandable.

Your 'mouse was like a sleepy'? Do you mean the mouse cursor was slow? Sluggish?

I am assuming that some quests caused a crash to desktop, (fly out). Could you elaborate on which specific quests?

You then 'analyzed' the problem. How? What did you do to analyze it?

Please explain what 'malicious mockery' means.

Steam Workshop is not available for Skyrim Special Edition. The title page has a link for mods from Bethesda, who are this games developers. You may also obtain mods from Bethesda's Creation Club which are Bethesda approved player-made mods.
Deleting Visual C++ and the in-game mod links can be detrimental to your game, and will likely cause crashes.

This game does have its share of bugs which many may be resolved by installing USSEP, Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch. There are also mods that will help keep townspeople alive during a dragon attack. (And vampire attack). But using the console command 'resurrect' is not the correct way to alleviate the problem. There are also several good mods for managing your horse, using the console for this is also not advised.

'Magic addons', are you referring to mods? If so, mod authors are not anonymous. Many in fact welcome comments on their mods.
Yes, I have seen draugr in dungeons with female bodies and beards. I believe the Unofficial Patch mentioned above rectifies this.
In the vanilla game, guards do not 'constantly utter offensive comments'. There must be some other issue here.

I will agree that the developers released a somewhat buggy game. But with the proper patches/mods you should only rarely have the need to use the console.

Do not expect normality from those who have given up real life and live in a monstrous ugly illusion. I didn't expect to see adequate comments here. I have been at TESO for 6 years. Every day for 8 hours, at least. What I see here is not new to me. I am satisfied that I am no longer a part of this rubbish heap. I feel like I'm alive again.
