Spoiler Alert re: Barbas in ESO: Morrowind
After reading about the quest in ESO that involves the pooch, I'll never feel sorry about killing him in this game again. The dude basically screws the vestige (ESO's player character) over after pretending to be on your side.

But then again, he is one half of the daedric lord of pacts. Screwing the player character over would be fitting for him.

IF I could kill him without benefitting CV I would. Just for his voice. It's worse than Cicero's and almost as bad as Farengars.

But I have a rule about helping Daedra Princes.

He has been a dog, scamp, and a Skaaven (type of daedra)
ESO shows you the dark side of all daedra (possible exception Meridia) you are not the champion of any of the Daedric princes, so they show you there true colors.

He can be annoying - I usually just skip the quest (along with several other q's).

His accent is bad but his dialogue is good. Still no reason to kill him though.

You can't really kill him, the choice is between a mask with useful enchantments and an average enchanted axe.... And yes, of course as part of Clavicus Vile he's committed unspeakable attrocities...
