Dawnguard quest "Prophet" won't start [FIXED]

FIX: IF YOU HAVE A MOD NAMED "THE HAVEN FROM COLD AND DARK" THEN THAT'S YOU'RE PROBLEM.
That mod ♥♥♥♥♥ up you're entire save FILE so if you want that quest to start you're going to need to start a new character.

So i started a new character using "Live another life" mod as it was the first time i'm starting a new game using that mod, after a couple weeks of playing i decided becoming a vampire in the dawnguard DLC as i've never done the vampire side, after playing along i got stuck when the quest "Prophet" simply wouldn't start.
tried using setstage command using the command for the prophet (vampire) quest id but that didn't work.
tried reloading a save from before even starting the dawnguard questline but that didn't work.
tried making a new character but that didn't change either.
tried making a new character and starting without "live another life" installed but nothing changed.
what else can i do? here are the plugins i have installed:

In total i have 248 mods installed and i'm running very smoothly and stable (thank god) with maybe 1 crash in 50+ hours of playing, please help!

On topic/off topic; I use LoS II, not the AiO like you are, but I'm sure that USSEP loads before it?

AiO = All in One.

It usually means you are downloading a compilation of mods or an omnibus.

nope it's the lanterns of skyrim original ... mine has the same name however with mcm on the end the LOS II has another name

hmm, well to be honest i deleted LOS since it didn't really work for some reason, a message kept popping up saying "Wearable lanterns Error - Profile Read/Write failed" and then the message went on explaining that it failed to read due to not having folder read/write permissions to skyrim/data/SKSE for mod organizer user, could this somehow be related to my problem with the quest not starting?

When you say "deleted" I hope you mean you uninstalled it with your mod manager!

Are you sure that's your Loot sorted load order?

Are you sure that's your Loot sorted load order?

yes i uninstalled it using vortex which is the mod manager i am using, and yes my load order is sorted with loot and everything seems to be in order, i truly don't know how to fix this bug

So if your main problem is getting the Quest "Prophet" to start then this may very well have nothing to do with your mods or load order.

So according to the UESP (the go to for all things Elder Scrolls) they mention a possible fix for this quest not starting.
"The quest may fail to start after completing the previous quest. If this happens, enter the following command into the console: setstage dlc1vq03hunter 5 then wait a few hours for Serana to appear in the fort, then follow Isran.

Ah but here is the issue, there are two sides to this quest, the dawnguard side and the vampire side, and this fix only works for the dawnguard side and the vampire side has no fix, infact i myself added the bug to the bug list on the fandom page for the quest since it wasn't even there.

However i appriciate your help but the bug sadly lives on.
