Are you installing the additional options with XPSME (like warlord or ranger options)? If not I would disable DAR, if you truly are not running any additional animation mods beside Flower Girl and rerun FNIS and see what happens.
You can try posting your load order, maybe something will stand out.
My antivirus already had an exclusion for MO2.
How do I reinstall MO2, exactly?
Do not add through game
Make a folder and call it Skyrim SE install MO2 into it. (open archive and use MO. exe).
Let it do its thing and select skyrim SE for it to use.
Select portable instance and this folder is now your game.
Still need Steam to be running when gaming but it will link to it.
I actually have all my MO2 set this way for games eg. skyrim and F4 etc.
