survival mode vanilla: is there a bed in high hrothgar or food

No bed you can sleep in in the vanilla game; the food you either bring with you or steal.

Well on the nexus is a mod called High Hrothgar shelters it adds a player bed and 2 shelter on the way first one on the half way point were the troll is and the second one near the throat of the world.

In Ivarstead you can sleep in the local inn. The barkeeper there also has food to sell. You can't die from lack of sleep and food only from cold, so shouldn't be a big deal to go back to Ivarstead.

Well you could always sleep and buy food in Iverstead before climbing the steps.

As far as I know if you return the horn you will be able to take some objects in High Hrothgar; so you should be able to take any food - or better still just bring your own.
Not sure about sleeping though. If you have the Camping creation maybe it's possible to set up outside the monastery.
