The SE version of the mod refers users to the Oldrim version of the mod for the forum threads. Have you read those?
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48375/?tab=forum
Also, you've probably already referred to these links for Skyrim's Calendar:
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Calendar
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Holidays#New_Life_Festival
Once you've read all of this and if you still are having the problem I would then post your question on the Take Notes mod page.
Last but not least:
IF you can not resolve this problem you would need to perform a proper "Clean Vanilla Reinstall" of your game.
This is a very simple process HOWEVER You must follow the steps in this 2 minute video to the letter, pausing the video as needed.
Michael of GamerPoets is one of the very best when it comes to instructional videos on Skyrim

So I wanted to reply cause I spent 15 hours on this. I messed up the number. The in-engine month is done by starting at Month 0 which is Morning Star gong to Month 11 which is Evening Star. I was putting in Month 12 which doesn't exist. I'm stupid. Played hundreds of hours of Oldrim and SSE and I can't believe I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this. Thank you for the help regardless even though it was just me being stupid with the Console.
