Extreme Gravity bug?
I got back into playing this game from the beginning, and at once point fell and died from what I thought was kind of a low fall (not enough to actually kill me, maybe just some damage). I figured I just misjudged and maybe that is still the case.

But then I went and shot down a hawk, and it fell immediately. Like as soon as I hit it, it dropped so fast that it didn't even look realistic; instant terminal velocity fall.
I also cannot seem to move any bodies. When i try, they jiggle around to show that I have attached to them, but they act like they are way too heavy to move.

I've never had this issue before. I'm not running any mods, and I haven't changed any hardware or software (except for drivers) since I last played the game.
I was reading about issues with physics at higher FPS, but according to Steam, the game is only running at 60fps.
I tried the fix suggested anyway and still am running into the problem.

As I remember, you used to be able to move bodies fairly easily. You could practically whip them around. Now I can't even move them out of the way.

I have the same issue, it fixes only by restarting the game as far as I can tell. I didn't try mods to fix it though.

That's what I ended up doing as well, starting over with a whole new character seemed to fix it. Weird glitch to happen though.

Check your load order for realistic ragdoll force and xpmse32 . If you have a recent XPMSSE version Like in the last few years, theres a good chance you don't need RRF anymore. Take care of removing mods mid playthrough (In others words. Not recommended).

Also check your physx (or equivilant, Graphics card drivers) are up to date (or you know, recent).
