SKSE?
Did you install all of these in one go? IF not, what did you last install?
I believe it's not activated hence not given a ID at the front.
Just wanted to make sure you have them installed the must-have before you go any further.
Back to my earlier question, did you install all of these mods all in one go?
I ask this because if your game only started to crash after a certain batch of mods, It's easier to diagnose the problem with a smaller range of things to go through.
Highly likely to be something to do with your updating. As updating certain mods can cause other mods to no longer work together.
I assume you're using Vortex? I don't know much about it but try to disable all of your current mods. Leave only USSEP and the likes , SSE Engine and so on. Alternate start is fine too so you can create a new character for testing.
See if your game would launch with just the base essential mods. If it doesn't launch then it it's your SKSE version being incompatible with your the core mods.
If it launches, make a new character and save. Quit the game and start enabling mods.
Personally I sort my mods by category, so I enable them by category. If the game fail to launch or CTD happens, I know to look within these category instead of sifting through all hundreds of mods one by one.

Personally I leave these enabled even when testing because they're essential and proven to be stable and makes the game stable:

Very good. KNDY has some great troubleshooting steps. Good luck!
