Fix for Glowing Waterfalls and Falling Leaves/Pine Needles

So I've been having this issue with these mentioned things where at night they seem to almost glow and stand out like an eye sore. I did some research and figured out this is actually a vanilla issue with some textures being flagged as "fire effects", just that it's not really noticeable until it is exacerbated by ENBs and lighting mods. I do use Vivid Weathers (which seems to be the mod causing this to happen), though I never had this issue when using Vivid Weathers in Oldrim. If anyone has any solution to this annoying issue, please let me know.

For falling leaves, you can tweak the brightness with ENB console in-game under [PARTICLE]
section.

Hey, I've tried the mod you mentioned and it works wonders (I used the Realistic Water Two version). But, I can't do the other fix for falling leaves because I do not use ENB. Is there any other way I can fix it without using a ENB?

Should reduce glow a little but if you want it dimmer, you'd want to use a ENB.
