wall torches doesn't cast light ?

i don't know why my torches look like this
using rudy ENB for cathedral and this is lighting im using

have you tried sort it out using loot or built-in loot from Mo2?
i had this problem before but then i loot and manually drag the plugin to bottom of my load order and lock it.

That's normal. Some of them won't produce any light. Authors have to restrict putting many light bulbs in a cell to prevent flickering. If you're using ENB anyway take a look at ENB Light. Might be what you want.
