Adoption bug in Elysium Estate and Vanilla Houses

As said, I can't adopt children into Elysium Estate, even after using the spell from Hearthfire Multiple Adoption and showing it was valid. I thought it was only because of that house, but I tried with Breezehome, I can adopt children because the kids recognize it as valid, but they never show up there and just walk around town, even when I tell them to go home.
