First you update then you Launch Behavior Engine

also, as I posted earlier the proper order when running Nemesis is:
First use the "Update" button
2nd use the "Launch Behavior Engine"
other than that post your Loot sorted load order.
Vortex keeps a text version of your Loot sorted load order here:
C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Local\Skyrim Special Edition\loadorder.txt
AND/OR: While in Vortex / while in the "Mods" section / up top choose "Open" (folder icon) / choose "Open Game Application Data Folder" / choose "loadorder.txt /
It's either or with those two. Never both.
But if you had to use FNIS too use this guide.
