Like say I revived her out in the open using a command to give it back. Woudl some notification pop up saying achievments are locked?
I once resurrected Belathor in Whiterun, because I inadvertently killed him during the Companions questline when I was in Werewolf form. He showed up, and went back to his shop, but he no longer had the option for buy & sell. Ysolda, who takes over if Belathor is killed, was there, so I was still able to buy and sell things.
..... I had this planned out incase achievements aren't locked. Yeeeeeeeeeeah... Messed up.
Normally I keep only 1 save but to be safe I'll make another save and work on completing my run for the Theives Guild, shoudl get a achievement from that to test it out. Thanks. :)
Here is the link concerning the use of console commands (from PINNED TOPIC Helpful Links and References, Section 5, General Troubleshooting):

"In case Lisbet is killed before completing the quest, both statue and objective will get stuck.
- Enter setstage FreeformMarkarthE 20 to manually complete the quest: you will receive the reward, and the statue will be removed from your inventory."
... Or I can just input that to fix the issue... I'll go with that if that's the safer option. Thanks. :)
(Personally I would've tried my way because it would've been funnier, but yours seems way more safer than that one... considering the possibility of running into it in the forseeable future.)
Wise choice. I resurrected the shopkeeper's brother in Winterhold who had an "unfortunate accident" because the shopkeeper kept standing over the body and wouldn't serve.
All that happened was the both of them stood stock still with no dialogue and I lost the both of them. Just stood there for the rest of the game. I was probably lucky.
