Help with One with the Shadows Achievement

Okay, so I plan to get all of the achievements in this game. I just finished Under New Management, where I officially became the guild master, and yes I already talked to Delvin to finish the final special job. I delivered the moon sugar to the Khajiit, still not getting the achievement.

I am really frustrated right now. I might just drop the game because I did not get it this time and I don't want to repeat all of this again in a new character.

Are there things I missed or anything I still need to do?

Edit1: I do have mods intalled, but I also have the achievement enabler and the unofficial Skyrim SE patch.

I found this from an old thread on another website. Could this be it?

Once you have completed all four Special Jobs, it will start the 'Under New Management' quest. From here you can talk to Brynjolf to officially assume the title of Guildmaster but you will need to retrive you Thieves Guild armour so Do not sell it.

Check through the bugs list on the wiki then. There's a fair amount of them. If you recognise one there may be a console command you can use. If the wiki says to use it - it's safe.

Don't have to start over with a new character. Go back to a previous save and try again.

Unfortunately, I only do quicksaves.

Sure recipe for disaster. You should only be using manual saves, as there are issues with both autosaves and quicksaves - not the least of with is that you are limited to the last save you made - or last three with autosaves (we will not get into the possible issues as regards errors creeping into the saves over time).

Yeah, unlucky. Since I really want the achievement, I'll just do it once more on the next character that I'll play.

Very good. This was one item that prevented the achievement.

The other potential item had to do with Sapphire and Shadr (stable boy) arguing on the bridge near the Riften entrance. There is a small quest related to them. If this quest is not completed, Sapphire (a member of the Thieves Guild) will not be present for the coronation. All members must be present to complete.

I see! This must be it, I only did this quest after everything.
