I had the same idea about playing as the dragonborn Martin Septim in Skyblivion. The main quest is Martin in his Youth instead of plain ported Oblivion.
How diverse / prominent is the Skyrim Together scene? I imagine there's room for a lot of rich RPing. Like the blades being actual players helping the dragonborn farm gear + speed run the MQ
setrace dlc2miraak
although the downside from this is it affects your perks, especially your beast/vampire lord perks and it even affects your race. It may show "Nord" race but the npc detects you as a different race (Example, talking with jon battle-born he usually tells you if you initiate a conversation with him, "well met kinsman" if you're a nord but if you're currently using miraaks race, jon doesn't detect you as a nord. Therefore not saying "kinsman" in his dialogues.
This could make for an interesting quest mod premise though.
Like a “Dragonborn Narrative Expansion” - adds “memories” for you to find during the events of Dragonborn where you play through key moments of Miraak’s life.
His becoming a dragon priest, his first contact with Hermaeus Mora, his betrayal of the dragons/dragon cult, and some shenanigans he got up to between then and the 4th Era.
It wouldn’t be canon, but it could still make him a more interesting character and adversary. Would certainly make him more relevant and involved in the DB questline as you really only encounter him at the start and then at the end.
