Combat Music Loop Bug (have tried every solution I could find) (Fixed)

Combat music started playing at some point while I was playing. Only way to undo it is to load a save that would have me lose many hours of gameplay. I wasn't doing anything in particular like a civil war battle or dragon fight, although it is only playing one song on loop not all the combat music. Wanted to see if someone had some other solution. Ill list below every fix I have tried.

Create Save and then Load - No Effect
Waiting - No Effect
Entering a Tavern with Bard Music - No Effect
Restarting Game - No Effect
In Console (~) removemusic MUSCombat or any other combat related track
removemusic (musicID) tried every id related to combat on this page https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Music
Using the following commands:
player.kill
player.stopcombatalarmonactor
previously mentioned removemusic

I am forgetting other fixes I probably ended up trying but I'll clarify if needed.

I am playing on a modded game so I'll provide my load order.
I cannot think of any mod I run that would cause this besides Personalized Music which I thought might be the problem so I disabled it but the problem persisted.

Edit: BossMusic.esm is for the Ultimate Boss Fight Mod. I am pretty confident this mod has no effect on normal combat and only adds special tracks for the boss fights which does not seem to be the problem.

I had this on vanilla skyrim SE, the console command worked for me, so i dont know why it doesnt work for you, perhaps a mod confliction.

The issue turned out to be the Ultimate Boss Fight Music mod. Ran away from a boss fight earlier in my playthrough because I couldn't beat it. Going back and console killing the boss stopped the music. Commands didn't work because mod uses its own music track names even if it is the same combat music.
