Skjor is dead and I don't even have the quest ask for a job.
I waited a long time maybe 3 days I the game and nothing.
Is there a command consoll to fixe this or will I have to wait.
It's been a longtime since I did the quests of the companions.
Somebody have the solution ?

Similar radiant quests are limited. If you have any in your quest log the go and clear those. It might be that Companions are simply unable to give you any quests, because you already have quests that would fill those slots.

Bugs related to this quest line are fixed in Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.

You should have the ongoing Silver Hand quest line available.

If Skjor threw his spoon on the corner, then there should be 2 radiant quests - at least one of them must come from Aela - and then it should continue to Bloods Honor -quest.

Unless of course Aela is still walking around the fort. In that case someone is still alive and quest is unfinished. Otherwise Companions quest should proceed to next phase, after 2 radiants, if there are open quest slots for those radiant quests to be added.

Normally the next quest should direct follow upon Skjors death .... Aela gives the quest direct after discovering Skjors body.

Ehh... I remember differently. Also, I just checked from UESP that my memory isn't failing.

Aela will run up onto the podium and discover the dead body of Skjor, obviously killed due to his lycanthropy. Once you speak with her, the quest will end and you will have to find your own way out, through the door to the northeast that was previously barred. Three new radiant quests are now available back in Jorrvaskr and you will have to complete two of them (for Aela) before you can access the next major quest.

That is not how my game works. After Aela sees Skjor's body and makes a comment about it, the character can immediately ask for the next 'mission', (against the Silver Hand). Now I do not know if I have a mod that could alter this. I only have a handful and none have anything to do with quests or Companions. Cutting Room Floor maybe?

It has been a long time since I last played that game myself. I checked wikis again, just to be sure. They all say the same thing.

It might be that Cutting Room floor is doing something there.

However, I do remember that Aela is also giving totem quests. Is it possible that she gives a werewolf quest at the fort? It is unrelated to Companions MQ, which would explain why wiki doesn't list it as next quest.

I did this quest line recently, and it's that way in my game as well. After the final area where Skor is discovered, Aela immediately sends my character out to the next main Silver Hand quest.
