NPC Clothes changer

Hello, does anyone know a good mod for SE that can change NPC clothes and some good standalone dress/outfit mods?

Most of your follower mods (AFT, etc.) will include an outfit section. I haven't used them all, but I am most happy, so far, with NPC Party, even though it is a large follower framework and has a lot more features. One of the reasons is multiple outfits and, unlike some of the other mods, they keep them on even when you're not looking and change instantly, with no delay or lag. You can also give/take/change even when they're not near you, with the MCM. Look on nexus for NPC Party by doticu.

Amazing Follower Tweaks will allow you to manage outfits for followers in 3 main situations, normal (Skyrim), city and home. You can have your followers change clothes and weapons automatically when entering any of the 3 situations.

AFT like NPC Party has many more features so check them out and select the one that works best for you.

You don't seem to specify "Followers" so although I still use AFT to this day for my followers I also use a mod called "Simple NPC Outfit Manager" this mod allows you to change any NPC's outfit in the game. You can either create custom outfits and equip them to any Skyrim NPC or you can equip them with Vanilla clothing and Armor while also giving them jewelry. This mod has become a staple in my load orders.

Let me add an excellent example. Serana is one NPC that so many seem to have trouble getting her to wear an outfit that they would like her to wear. With this mod it's as easy as 1-2-3.
