You missed something.
I have never played any of the factions or any of the main or DLC questlines. I have found something like 300 locations and I keep finding new ones.
Skyrim is an open world. Nobody says you have to follow orders.
It can take quite a bit longer if you want to explore every location and find all the secret rooms and paths and stuff. The first time I played the original version it took me about 300 hours to do "everything", but most of that was just filler sidequests and extra leveling for achievements.
If you do fast travel, read only really important stuff, I think 80~90 hours sounds about right.
No dlc quests since I did not have those.
you are supposed to take your time and enjoy the game, not rush through it....
Playing the main quests to "beat the game" is of course a viable playstyle, but the game is MUCH more than that. Make a new character, with different stats and in another mindset and just go exploring. It´s worth it!
