Strange noise SW of Silent moons camp??

I am maybe 300 feet SW of silent moons camp and there is this noise that sounds like some... Giant beast breathing under the ground. It's kind of cool, kind of scary, but I have never heard it before. Has anyone else heard it?

Is it a dragon mound? There may be a dragon beneath it, that never got properly revived by Alduin due to how you progressed in the story, therefore cannot leave despite being spawned there.

I had that once. It is the sound of an deer or elk who was at that position. But the sound glitched, so the animal wasnt there but his sound still was.
