NetScriptFrameWork Reporting a Crash . . . When My Game Isn't Crashing?
So, as I always do, I've restarted modding my game, because I can't ever help myself and am still trying to find a nice balance between stability, fps, and visual fidelity. I'm still learning and am trying my best to follow all the rules. I'm also following the Starter Load Basics Guide here on Steam to the letter, careful to read everything in it.

I install a couple mods at a time, get in game, run around, check if the mods I installed are working, see if I crash anywhere, etc. I usually spawn myself in Riverwood, since it's the easiest place for me to test my fps and to get a general idea of how my game is playing.

A strange occurrence I'm having right now, though, is that when I exit the game, a .NetScriptFrameWork crash report is being generated, and this is what it has to tell me:

Unhandled native exception occurred at 0x7FF693CBEAF6 (SkyrimSE.exe+3CEAF6) on thread 13552!

Possible relevant objects (3)
{
[ 36] NiObjectNET(Name: `HairMaleNord01`)
[ 48] NiAlphaProperty(Name: null)
[ 64] NiNode(Name: `BSFaceGenNiNodeSkinned`)

Keep in mind this crash report is generated all by me simply exiting the game. The game doesn't actually crash on me while I'm running about.

What confuses me about this report is that I've installed no mods that should affect the hair of a male nord or the facegen of one, either. This is the report I get each time.

And here is the mods I have installed currently (list is from bottom to top, rather than top to bottom):

My mod list is also sorted by LOOT and I was getting the crash report before installing UNP. The only one I think could possibly be the cause of the error report is XP32 Maximum Skeleton, but that seems unlikely? It was unlikely and isn't the cause. I loaded into the game without Maximum Skeleton enabled and am still getting the same crash report from NetScriptFrameWork upon exiting the game.

Is the NetScriptFrameWork known to generate false crash reports, or is this something I need to really worry about?

I use Mod Organizer 2 and only have the default Windows Anti-Virus. I made sure to set Mod Organizer 2 (and all folders it affects) as an exception in it and have all my mods and games installed on my D: Drive (an SSD).

In short, nothing to worry about since you're exiting the game anyway. It has nothing to do with your Antivirus or mod manager. It should've been fixed in version 13 but apparently still happens for some folks depending on their load order. Refer to page 3 in the Bugs section of the mod. Someone had a similar complain.

That's a relief to know! I thought it odd that it would generate this crash report upon exit and give me the same reason every single time--and especially one that seems almost impossible, considering I've done nothing to affect the Male Nord or the hair.

I guess I'll simply live with the game generating a false crash report for now. Hopefully it's resolved at some point.

Yep, that's good. Just wanted to make sure as I spent much time researching this before I posted it as part of the options for the guide, The reason I did was that many had problems with it according to the mod page and some other threads but I was never able to duplicate them.

MO2 users in fact seemed to have the most reports of actual crashes but there was one step or another they needed to do is all (like you made sure you did for example) but I'll have to look and see what that was exactly and under what circumstances.

The other thing was Webroot which I also use but there was one report of a fix from a Webroot user and several others replied with "that's it - that fixed it". I think that post was on the mod page.

Finally, since you were not experiencing any actual crashes I was not overly concerned but I won't just sluff it off when I think I know the answer. Bottom line: you're good.

If you like you can keep up with it by following the threads and such as I won't be because you're the first person who reported any thing close to a problem with it who also used the guide and as I said, I can't duplicate it so......
