Step two is start rebuilding your mod list one mod at a time, and do a throughal test using a new save at each install.
Step three is to slap yourself silly for cleaning mods ... NEVER CLEAN MODS UNLESS THE AUTHOR TELLS YOU TO! ... Loot is a sorting tool, it does a decent job at sorting mods, but it is not to be used for anything else, especially when it tells you plug-ins are dirty.
Edit and Faux's advice "Step two is start rebuilding your mod list one mod at a time, and do a throughal test using a new save at each install." should be followe3d as well.
But you need to start over anyway, since you have cleaned all plugins, some may you need to clean anyway.
You may also have way to many animations so you must make sure that you use FNIS XXL.
Since you also use Wrye, use that one for finetuning your loadorder after you have run LOOT.
Agreed Uncle. So once again:
can't say this enough = make sure you test after every 3 mods you install OP
OSA runs fine, but you do have to run FNIS as Vlad mentioned.
I run 18 animation mods myself, all stable and error free, but the vast majority of the ones on your list I have not even heard of or would use hehe.
