Turned an NPC into a Vampire via Sacrosanct and I get a black head bug

I turned a random npc into a vampire using sacrosanct, however they visually did not change. I used console commands to change their race and i got a blackface bug. When I setweight to 35, it fixes it unless I go into new cells and such. I have tried moving my mods around and refreshing the face via ctrl+f4 in creation kit with no results.
