skyrim SE infinite load screen on starting a new game

here is my current load order as taken from loot.
xEdit auto-clean has been used on any/all files that loot indicated needed it. any advice/ solutions would be helpful.

My advice: try enabling/disabling mods by 10 at a time to see if it helps narrow it down. Also, shouldn't your landscape fixes for grass mods be higher in your load order?

ty for your help. the issue sits between 114 72 Alternate Start - Live Another Life.esp and 104 68 Forsworn Start.esp (the forsworn legacy) having alternate start and forsworn start meant that the mods were in conflict.
honestly, i think they should be higher too, but without setting lots of parameters in metadata, loot keeps returning them to the bottom. they are just patches, but it still bugs me as well.

Which version of Legacy are you using? according to Arthmoor you need the savegame version:

From LAL description:

The Forsworn Legacy - Use the "Savegame Version" and delete Data\Scripts\QF_MQ101_0003372B.pex after installing it. DO NOT USE the "new game" version as it will not work with my mod.

I was using the save game version. I triple checked it.
what I have attempted to delete the QF script, but this did not improve anything, only giving the typical load error.
re-activating either mod after initial character building resulted in no issues.
forsworn start. esp is thankfully a plugin I can disable and still have the forsworn campaign.

One thing that is not said by others is that LOOT do report mods as not clean. Here comes the warning.
That dont automatic says that you should clean the mod, you should only clean Skyrim Masters.
You should consult the modders page for more information, there is several mods that actually stops working after cleaning.

My strong suggestion is to Reinstall all your cleaned mods.
